Ted Turner Chica over at Photo Projectz is running a new contest.  This one involves coloring a black and white photo.  The primary rule is:  Color it as realistically as you see fit, with additional editing if necessary.

I’ve had some major problems with some hardware this weekend so I am late starting the voting for the sign contest.  I will try to get the four candidates up for a vote tomorrow.
