I normally don’t do memes but Heather over at Geek Mom Mashup tagged me with a short and easy one. Since I have a lot of research to do before my next longish post I decided to do it.
The meme is: Seven Weird or Unique Things About Me
- I was part of the charter program in my school’s “gifted” program and was invited to apply to join Mensa by our Superintendent of Schools in fifth grade.
- I read books while driving (but at intersections with longish red lights).
- I have panic attacks if I run out of book before I can get another.
- I wrote some very popular gay erotica on Usenet back in 1987-1988 on a dare. (I was 19-20 years old at the time.)
- My earliest clear memories are from before I turned one years old.
- I once finger painted a butcher block in my sleep with food coloring paste.
- All car trips when I am the driver, no matter how short, will probably involve a different route to and from the destination.

I never was able to bring myself to tag anyone, but it was fun writing the post.
I also really like your new template! Only thing I would suggest is the code to have the pings and trackbacks in a separate section below the real comments, rather than mixed in like comment #6.

John, I think the fact that you came to see what the blog was AFTER a card was denied rather than before attempting to place an ad says a lot.
If you are in Key West you’ve got nothing to complain about. :) Key West is my favorite town south of the Mason-Dixon line.
