		<description>This is a good example of something I have noticed about this economic downturn.  Maybe I am just paying closer attention this time, but it seems that all the problems we are having are trickling, (or flooding, up or down into other problems.

And it seems like many of the resulting problems are going to be more long-term issues than in past downturns.  Hopefully I am wrong and once things do start to turn around, the improvement will be fast.
