The program I use, rss2email can apparently be used on Windows as well as Linux but I don't know anyone running it under windows. It was not too technical, even for me. I did not know about these two services and will have to check them out. I got a couple of requests for email delivery of articles and comments on my site, so I made a link in my sidebar that allows people to sign up for email delivery through FeedBurner.
