For those folks not in the Delaware Valley, Wawa is a chain of convenience stores that came out of a dairy near the Pennsylvania-Delaware border.
Wawa’s logo includes a Canada Goose.

Excerpt from their website:
Over 100 years ago, our original dairy farm was built on land located in a rural section of Pennsylvania called Wawa, which was named from a local Native American tribe in honor of their favored game(bird) - the Canada Goose. Today, the name Wawa has come to symbolize the very best attributes of our company.
Well, I work in an industrial park in NJ a couple miles from the Delaware River. Like most of the Delaware Valley, we are on the migration path for the Canada Goose. For the five years we have been here the big open space and pond at the end of the row of office buildings has been full of geese every spring. Sometimes that field is sooooo full the geese wander up to the grassy area surrounding our parking lot.
Well, this year the poor birds are in chaos. That big field and pond area at the end of the industial park is currently a construction site for a new Wawa. It just strikes me as very sad when a company using the Canada Goose as its mascot on all its media is displacing Canada Geese from one of the few places left in this area of extreme suburban sprawl.
