A new thing to fear

I used to just worry about the street violence in this country and road rage and other media induced fears – now I have to be on the lookout for exploding whales. Read the story with photos on Yahoo!.

As opposed as I am to many genetically modified foods and crops and predatory seedforms this is genetic research at work in a way I can appreciate. While reading the SF Gate Morning Fix today I found via a link from a link this nice little recipe archive.
