As most people reading this know Brian and I have been house hunting for the last couple months. The first place we put an offer on we did not get – and that’s a GOOD thing. After that place fell through we found another place. This place is 4.4 miles and about 8 minutes (we timed it) from the office during rush hour even though its across the state line in Philly. We did the home inspection today and theres nothing major wrong with it – at least nothing we didn’t already spot ourselves.
